We will be hosting an after-party for all RubyKaigi 2023 attendees. At the venue, there will be food and an all-you-can-drink beverage selection provided. Please enjoy networking and connecting with others who use or develop Ruby!

Age Verification

While we welcome minors, we’re instructed from the venue to do age verification in order to provide alcohol. Please make sure that you respond to the question asking you’re at least 20 years old. We’ll provide minors a wristband to indicate who should not have alcoholic drinks.

Ruby core team members, RubyKaigi 2023 speakers and staff are invited to attend without registration! Just bring your Speaker/Committer/Staff badge to the party.

• The event is free to attend, but we kindly ask that you register in advance so that we can understand the number of participants.
• If you are unable to attend, please take the time to cancel your registration.
• We may compile and share details about the after-party in a blog post at a later date.
• If your purpose for attending is deemed inappropriate, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel your participation.
• Please act in accordance with the RubyKaigi Policies while inside the venue, and cooperate to ensure all participants can enjoy the event.

アフターパーティではアルコールを提供するため、事前アンケートにて20歳以上かを確認させていただき、アフターパーティ当日は未成年の方にはリストバンドをお渡しします。20歳未満の方もご参加いただけますが、会場での飲酒はできません。

Rubyコミッター、RubyKaigi 2023のスピーカー及びスタッフの皆様は、登録なしでパーティーにご参加いただけます。 スピーカー、コミッター、スタッフの名札を持参して、パーティーにご参加ください。

諸注意

• イベントは無料でご参加いただけますが、事前の参加者数把握などのため、参加登録をお願いします。
• 欠席される場合は、お手数ですが速やかにキャンセル処理をお願いします。
• アフターパーティの様子・内容をまとめ、後日ブログで公開させていただく場合がございます。
• 参加目的が不適切だと判断される場合には、運営側で参加をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。
• 会場内ではRubyKaigiのPoliciesに沿って行動し、参加者すべてが楽しく過ごせるようご協力ください。
